ISP Review

I think a good idea would be if you were able to put your post code in when you review your ISP.

I am currently with Virgin media and they are really bad were I am. Although I have had them before in another post code and they were great, and I think sometimes the service you get is dependent on the equipment they have in the area.

This way you could view a map of the area and see who is best rated and who is worst in your area.

Just a thought.

Yes that would be a good idea perhaps only the first part of your postcode, for privacy reasons.
Don't know how to start a new thread, so I'll put it up here.......
!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE MADASAFISH!!!!!!!!
I have had a battle with them for a MONTH now...problems included lost emails (private and confidential material....emails locked on their server (circa 250+), and not accessible........very, very poor customer service with a call centre in India!!!!
Support not listening at all to you, and in fact treating you as though you were an imbecile....if you (the customer) did not fit into their system and processes, then you're considered wrong.........no easy access to support, with having to wait online, listening to banal music.....could not send out an accurate bill, with conflicts between department processes..............support staff accessing my email account and send, receiving and deleting emails.......total and utter chaos!!!! The answer is often, " we have not had many complaints before", .....well of course not, because studies indicate that most people don't complain!!!!!
Result....have transferred to another provider, who are first class and spoke to the same person several times over the time it took to transfer my isp. With MADASAFISH I have reported them to OFCOM for breaches to my privacy, poor customer service and other issues; named and shamed them on the website of that name; notified my solicitor.....and finally, paid my last bill by cheques, with a value of £1 per cheque...this is a good ploy because it costs about £5 per cheques to bank them....costing them alot more for being greedy and providing exceptionally poor service!!!!!! Do not use MADASAFISH!!!!!!

Good idea but I think our sample size would be far too low to deliver a feasible map of problem areas. It's not an impossible feature though and I have some ideas about how it could be done. Will investigate.
