Hi, Since some time approx mid December I have not been able to view ispreview properly using firefox. None of the visuals, headers etc show up, it's as if I have selected a text only simplified version. All is as normal in internet explorer.

A screenshot of each says it all really (both are showing same area, very top of homepage) ......

FF

IE

I have only experienced this problem on ispreview.co.uk alone, no other sites, therefore I'm happy that firefox is working fine. It's all up to date aswell.

Anyone else seen this, or know why ?

It could be you are running in "Safe" mode for some reason.

The only time I have seen something similar is when i have been having DNS issues with my ISP, but if IE is working, I doubt it is that.

I would try downloading the latest version of FF3 then doing a clean install ( uninstall the old version and re-boot before installing the new version).

Hope that works.

Agree, it looks like a client side issue to me and probably what you'd expect to see if the browser were refusing to collect remote content such as our stylesheet (CSS) file or javascripts. This can sometimes occur in safe mode, though it's unusual for the CSS not to be called like that. Definitely a problem at your end though :) . Also, clear your cache and reload as well as refresh the page.

Browsers build of a profile based on your own selections for each site and it looks like something has caused ours to be corrupted on yours. Not seen this before.

Hi, Well i've just tried removing firefox and re-installing with no add-on extensions. Still the same, no different. All very strange .....

Anyway, it's no big deal, not really causing a problem. I've an extension for firefox called 'IE tab' that lets you select sites to be opened using the internet explorer engine from within firefox. This works fine using this method.

Thanks anyhow. Time for a clean Vista install perhaps

If you can, try using a proxy, perhaps install and set up "Foxy proxy" FF add-on, or try www.zend2.com, to see if that gives you the page correctly.
I had had a lot of issues since the Phorm backlash started, with certain sites getting blocked and unblocked; ISPR was one of them, so it might be the case that the normal "path" from you to ISPR is being partially blocked or filtered.

Of course it could be Vista, (Pile-O-Carp)
