Joining Newnet and port throttling?

Hi,

My ADSL connection is currently with Pipex which is famous for port throttling. As I do quite a bit of p2p downloading, I am leaving Pipex and look for an isp that does not restrict my download speed and offers hugh bandwidth usage.

Can anyone with newnet please confirm if they experienced any port throttling or speed management problem?

Thanks

Port throttling

NewNet do not imposes any port throttling, packet shaping or other speed limitation techniques.

There are monthly bandwidth allowances on all packages - if you exceed these you will be charged at the rate of £0.90 per GB (or you can pay £10 for 20GB in advance).
