this problem first happened last Wednesday and rectified itself four hours later. then on Saturday it happened again. I have various acounts and it is only on one account that the email delivery has failed. I got one monumentally silly answer and then another one that did not solve the problem. This is not a connection problem or a general email problem. This failure only happens on one account. The ticket reference is 36801513.
Thanks, I've now replied to your ticket in detail. I'll be conducting tests over the coming week or so, however I've been unable to find any server side issues specific to the mailbox you're having problems with.
Because of severe movement difficulties I had booked a computer man to come in this afternoon and carry out any changes recommended by plusnet. I can hardly use fingers etc. Very restricted.. But plusnet just go on ignoring me so I've had to cancel this appointment.
