ok on saturday i had the 50mb instsall firstly the engineer didnt have a clue what he was doing he wanted my laptop which i wasnt happy to lend next thingi knew he was installing loads of cr4p on it and seaching for drivers he also phoned is mate what wb site he used for tcp windows optimal drivers which accoding to virgin dont need the op in all it too him nearly 2 hrs to get my service and then after he went it took me an hour to clear my computer of junk installed .
so now ive phoned up there tech support and they dont have a clue whats going on it shows i got the 50mb service even d/led dict from the modem and its still naff.
so can anyone help me what else i can do :shrug:
