Just looking :)

I could be quite intrested if it wasn't for a couple of points.
The 2 Hour cutt off (My current ISP is 8)
and the 5mb webspace <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> I thought 10mb was low which my current ISP is what happened to 50mb which seemed to be the norm at one stage??
Any chances of the above being increased at all??
I'm sure quite a few gamers are going to be intrested in this ISP but the 2 hr cutt off is a major problem why not 4hr??? :D :D :D :D :D

What ISP are you with. I have never heard of an ISP giving a 4 or 8 hour cutoff on 56k dial up unless you pay a permium for doing so. I know Madasafish used to , thats why I joined them waaaay back when they were good & I think Jolt still does a 4 hour cutoff but not for 15 pounds per month...

Fast24 do a 8hr cut off
200 hrs a month anytime for £10 or alltime for £15 a month which has no usage restrictions
But there have been some problems as of late hence me looking around.
The service has been flawless for me for ages but just recently things haven't been looking so good.
I couldn't go to a 2hr cut off though.

Plus Net dont have any cut off :p

OK! Quicksolv I think I'm sold on Plus net. :)

But back to lobster pot I emailed them about usage and got this response
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><hr /><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">We are currently reviewing different options with the Lobsterpot services. We will keep you updated with the latest news when it is announced.
</font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">So thinks could be looking hopeful (mind you it couldn't get much worse) might be a bit too late for me though <img border="0" alt="[Shrug]" title="" src="graemlins/shrug.gif" />

It would be cool though, I mean a Nildram powered ISP with decent cut-offs! :D I'd buy it <img border="0" alt="[Nod]" title="" src="graemlins/nod.gif" />

Don't sign up to Fast24!

Since the posting by Billy, the Alltime account has a usage restriction of 400hrs/month. Also enforced cut-off has been reduced to 6 hours (there was no enforced cut-off when I joined) and I have a gut feeling that it will eventually become a standard two hours. Additionally, during the past 48 hours, people who signed up because of the attractiveness of the no usage restriction have had their accounts closed without warning. Finally, support simply does not exist and if it wasn't for the help of people in the forum, people would really be out on their own.
