justmail

Hi
I have just purchased the JustMail product from Madasafish and registered my free domain. Thing is I can't access my email from outlook or by logging into the webmail page. When I try to access email from outlook they send me an email saying

"According to our records you are still trying to collect your Madasafish e-mail whilst connected to the Internet using another service provider.

We are still collecting e-mails which are being sent to your Madasafish address and you may have unread mail in your mailbox. In order to access these e-mails you will either need to connect to the Internet through Madasafish, or we can offer you the following service which enables you to collect your Madasafish e-mail no matter how or where you're connected to the Internet.

Madasafish JustMail - our premium mail service

Access your e-mail wherever you're connected"

But I have just purchased JustMail!!!!!
and when I try to login to the webmail I get a message saying "Your current settings do not allow access to Webmail outside our network"

Whats going on My ISP is Virgin Media but you can access JustMail pop3 accounts from a differnt ISP......can't you??

Anyone else getting this?

just use gmail

Can we chill guys and remember turning this thread personal will cause it to be closed and that will stop people helping the OP solve their problem.

about all l can suggest is contacting the provider of the email service, and if they tell you that its only for their customers then they shouldnt offer it out in the open.. ld expect a full refund that case.

as for the person who mentioned Gmail, yes domains can be parked for email as far as l know but its too much agro and the easier way to do it would be by forwarders but still that requires a host to forward email from.

on a side note if you decide this service isnt for you and you want a temporary place to pop your domain and email provider l might be able to help as long as its temporary, unless you go the whole hog and look here http://www.strato-hosting.co.uk/webhosting/packages.html yes its hosting too but its a place to pop a domain with email pop account access at a cheap price...

Thanks guys
I sent an email last night about 10ish telling them all about it. I get in today about 4ish and have an email from them saying its fixed. 10 out of 10 for response time! They say they have reactivated my external access. Something must have gone wrong at their end when the domain was set up. I had to delete then re set up the two free domain email addresses. It work fine now. Wierd or what!

Register a personalised email and website address (domain name) with our JustMail service and use our webmail service to send and receive (access) your e-mails through any Internet connection. You can also create a great website with your 100MB of free website.

You don't need to change your existing Internet service provider either!

I guess it is a configuration error, quite possibly at Madasfishes end.

You could try emailing thier rep:-

I used to get a similar message - Madasafish doesn't like to run as second fiddle to another mail service. I removed 'fish from my pop mail and just access it as webmail.
