Upgrades to our Internet Infrastructure
Further to our email of 13th February you will be aware that we are planning to carry out essential upgrades this week, to increase the robustness of our Internet infrastructure.
Our main objective at Kingston is to consistently provide our customers with quality services and we're sure you appreciate that regular upgrades are part of that process.
The upgrades will be taking place on:
Wednesday 20th February
4am - 6am
Thursday 21st February
3am - 4am
Although we arrange for these upgrades to take place in the early hours of the morning, some customers may experience slight interruption to their normal service and we would like to apologise for this in advance.
