The battery in the M1 is insane - I can literally go the whole day without charging. That 14 hour figure is for real!Macbook air M1 is 14 hours. But as above, we need to know what your budget is, anything you must have on it etc. What's the laptop going to be used for? Is mac ok or must it be windows?
I find Lenovo often sells decent laptops, not exciting at all but get the job done at a reasonable price. A lot of people highly rate the Huawei laptops but I've got no experience with em.
Apple have upped the game in a big way with their new silicon which is not only architecturally superior to intel for power/performance but is also built on a 5nm process, just reinforcing the power advantage. If you don’t have to have x86-64 based Windows it’s a pretty handy proposition.I've had both a Surface Pro 4 and 7. Both were good 2-in-1 devices.. like, really good! (for work). But one area where Microsoft always falls down is on those Battery Life claims, they're complete BS. I have never, not even with basic usage and max power saving, got anywhere near the claims they make.
So what is the battery life? Two months ago I've bought an HP Laptop 15s-eq1116ur and I personally feel good with its battery. Definitely a good choice at least for me
My experience of Lenovo, both loaded hard with daily calculations (up to 100%):I find Lenovo often sells decent laptops, not exciting at all but get the job done at a reasonable price.
Was that how long you owned/ran those laptops? (Win27 must’ve been amazing )My experience of Lenovo, both loaded hard with daily calculations (up to 100%):
X220 (2011, Win27) - ~ 5 years.
and T440p (2016, Win 10) - 4 years.
Thank you)))Was that how long you owned/ran those laptops? (Win27 must’ve been amazing )
