The CS experience I had with them was good. Payment went out on the Thursday for my SIM for my phone. Then conf plan had renewed. Then sat got a text to say payment problem that plan hadn't renewed although app showing it had. Used the chat function app to quickly check all was ok. Quick and straight forward. Was a problem their end.
I have a wingle (wireless dongle 4G) in the car. Was paying £10 for 20GB a month. Stopped the auto-renew on this. Ordered a new SIM 7 months at £1 for 50GB, then £9.98 after that. Now whether to do anything for SIMs on my son's phone and my phone. I guess would need to port away and back to Lebara again as these plans only seem available on new SIMs?
