Lebara/Vodafone packet loss

Did you ever experience any packet loss with Lebara? I can only assume it's affecting specific regions, though I've not seen a geographical correlation. Seems really weird, but I'm baffled by the fact it's taking their network team over 5 months to resolve.
Not really compared to your results kocz, as you say it's maybe regional, remember I'm in Scotland if that should make any difference.

The other three networks are all fine here too.

Lol never mind

It's bad in London en2, too.

Just experienced on the way from Milton Keynes to London Euston, full signal no service, fire up a vpn instantly works…

I assume download speed for you is also decent/consistent, and not local contention? That's been my experience.
It's acceptable, but far from EE or Three.

My lebara network has the packet loss issue as well.
Sometimes in the afternoon and always 30% loss in the evening.
Yep, I have packet loss monitoring set up on a friend's 5G Voxi connection and every night for the last 2 or 3 weeks there's consistently been packet loss. Shame cos it was fine for about a month or so beforehand.

Voda refuse to acknowledge it as an issue. If they weren't the only 5G operator in the area we would have changed provider months ago.

I'm surprised you've not pushed for that already considering it's not fit for purpose.

Unbelievably bad.
Im pretty sure its only lebara I doubt vodafone has packetloss like this.

My lebara sim has packetloss anywhere i go so its not location based however i did see people who use lebara 5g,somehow seem to not get packetloss could be wrong

Packetloss for me goes from 5pm 11pm is this same for everyone else?

Vodafone does have the same packet loss. I've tried Lebara and Voda and it makes no difference (currently residing on Voxi). You can find many reports of packet loss on the Vodafone forums too. They simply do not care.

They do have periods where everything seems fine (like last week, as per screenshot below) but most evenings it's awful and makes gaming difficult if not impossible and even YouTube resolution drops to the lowest setting constantly. Speed test results are always good.

I doubt vodafone has packetloss like this.
Their forums disagree
example:
The past week or so but particularly the past 4 days I have been seeing packet loss of up to 35% from about 4pm onwards usually until about 11pm

Suspect the issue is VF's "new fangled" core network which seems to be causing issues on their fibre products too...

Just reporting the same issues, I'm working away so using Lebara on my device tethered to a laptop and getting packet loss which is causing my VPN to be particularly slow and unusable. A WhatApps video call was complaining of a poor signal and quality was very bad despite seeing maximum signal.

Just adding here too, seen up to 60% packet loss reported on both my chateau and huawei cpe pro 2. It’s only ever from about 6-11pm for me. I used to be on Vodafone and experienced the same but I currently keep a voxi sim to test with to see if it’s sorted. It’s been the same for over a year for me which sucks as Vodafone are faster than three served from the same cell tower.

It took a while to realise what was going on, as the biggest symptom I found was YouTube not working properly on apple devices. On android it was fine, I guess how they handle the packet loss is different.
