It’s a bit of a faff but I was able to enable VoLTE and WiFi calling on a Moto G50 with Lebara as follows:
Whether this works on Pixels or other Android phones I don't know, but it did the trick for me!
- Installed the VoWiFi app. It’s free, from the Play Store, doesn’t require root and has adverts. Other similar apps may be available.
- Launched VoWiFi and see that WiFi calling is not enabled and the slider to enable it is greyed out.
- Disabled the SIM in “SIM preferences” in Android Settings. Where this setting is may vary from one Android implementation to another.
- Go back VoWiFi and the WiFi calling slider is now available. Slide it to the “on” position.
- Re-enable the SIM where it was disabled previously in Settings.
- Go back to VoWiFi and see if the “on” setting for WiFi calling has persisted, if so, you should now have WiFi calling enabled.
