Hi,
I am currently with Nildram on a 2mb connection for £23.99 a month...
I get 50gb usage + last months unused usage carried over... Which is very good.. I've never had a problem with the and pings are good.
BUT...
There are cheaper deals around, however they have their usage caps.. Virgin attracted me as they do the 8mb and have their cap but it seems like a pretty good fair usage system... This is for £17.99 a month... and I'm looking to save as much as possible as I'm looking to buy a house at some stage this year...
Only thing that worries me is the posts about the bad pings? The trace routes I've seen seem to go through the NTL side of things.. Now we don't have a cable digital line running down our road even though it does 100m away (bit of a bummer).. But our area is what was Telewest Blueyonder.. So does anyone thing that it would be any different to the NTL area's?!
I'm not sure how it all works so just asking...
Thanks
