I work for a small insurance company (about 50 people). My company is looking for a VOIP-based telephony solution to meet the following objectives:
- reduce costs
- reduce support overheads
- improve scalability (i.e. ability to quickly increase/decrease the number of users)
- provide option for CTI and call-recording options in the future.
I'm beginning the hunt for a supplier and solution, and need some help locating a supplier which offers pricing to suit small/medium-sized businesses. I'd be happy to consider a hosted solution, as this would simplify support, although we are a technology-centric company which would probably want to maximise the potential and features of any chosen solution.
Can anyone provide pointers to providers/solutions that would be a good fit for a company like ours?
