Looking to move from Sky, so so many options

Happy New Year all,
I'm currently on Sky Full Fibre 500, with an SR203 hub paying £45 pm.

We've recently had City Fibre network our estate, so I now have their raft of providers to choose from. However im slightly reluctant to take their services on, as they left our estate in a right mess, AND they broke my fibre cable not once but TWICE during the time they were here XD
I'm also not a fan of CF providers when they say minimum guarenteed speed is 450mbps on a 900mbps product. A similar OR provider gives 725mbps minimum.

Which CF provider offers the best hub?
I see No One offers a undisclosed? Technicolour router, wuth an option to upgrade to a Technicolour DGA4134 for £50.
I like the idea of paying £32 pm on Vodafone, but what is their 'Intelligent Hub' (https://www.which.co.uk/reviews/wi-fi-routers-and-extenders/vodafone-hub) 4x 1Gb ports, and would i see any benefit in paying an extra £10 pm for the 'Ultra Hub' (
This has 1x2.5Gb and 2x1Gb ports

Then we have the OR providers.
TalkTalk give an Amazon Eero 6 Mesh System, but this is £50 pm. This has 1x2.5Gb port and 1x1Gb port, not enough for my needs I've just seen on meerkat that TalkTalk also do a CF product lol.
BT look quite attractive (first time ive ever said that), £41 pm for 900 with their Smarthub 2. This has 4x1Gb ports.

The options are endless!

Im really thinking about the Vodafone Pro II Full Fibre 900 package on the CF network for £42 pm.
Or the BT Full Fibre 900 with Complete Wifi for £46 pm.

Ref not being happy with the civils their contractors have done, avoiding the network because of it would be cutting your nose off to spite your face.

I don't feel Vodafone have a good reputation for network quality, and you can change the router but you're stuck with the network.

I went with giganet on cityfibre and their router is still in the box. I am getting 3ms pings to 8.8.8.8 and bbc.co.uk and can max it out up and down day and night, I am very happy with it!

+1 for Giganet so far. Performance is good. They also have the advantage of a rolling 1mth contract at good price so if they turn bad, you're not locked into a long contract.

Agreed.

As for Vodafone, this is a terrible time of year to sign up for them. That £42 a month will very soon become £48.30 a month or so, because of their incredibly cheeky mid contract price rises.

Giganet dont do 900 in my area. Everyone else does. It that because they dont have their equipment installed in the exchange/cabinets in my area? They do 500 maximum. Issue with their website maybe?

Is it just Vodafone who do mid contract price rises?

Correct, it means they're using Zen wholesale for your area

No
