If they make it £1 maybe I will consider it, but otherwise I am staying well away from them.

Thanks for sharing though. :)

Unlimited for essentially £10 is not THAT groundbreaking though, Three still have the web exclusive for £6 and the Scancom EE offers often come down to £12/m - yes, these would be data-only, but better quality/stability than Lyca.

I know its not but the 6 months part for me is... Thats on EE's network which for me is far superior in my area compared to 3 and voda... :)

I also see Scancom do an Unlimited Data Sim for £37 a month.
Personally its Spusu for me @ £29.99 a month. However I would prefer to be direct on EE but I just cant pass their credit checks... :/

BTW, you'll be using EE's radio infra, but not their network, it'll be Lyca's own (and shitty) network.

Well yes, Itll be Lycas core network on the backend. I get it. But for me - Its really good at that price for me.
There are some sacrifices that I expect when using a low cost MVNO... :) And Mobile Networks in general.

Is there still high ping issues at night time tho?

Currently there is for me... Im getting between 50 and 200 MS - But I am on the IOW for a small holiday and EE Seems to be intermittent here for me.

Ill test when I get back.

Eh it's not the best thing on earth considering it's only that price for 6 months.

My O2 SIM will be £7.38/mo from next month for unlimited everything, Three Business Unlimited Data SIMs are £6/mo, I know you can get Scancom Unlimited Data for a good deal too.

Plus, use over 400gb on Lyca and get throttled down to 2G EDGE speeds with 0 communication or warning, and no indication of it returning to full speed on the next bill cycle, then cancel only to be charged again for a service you no longer get.
