Friend of mine is being given the run around by AOL, probably for the last 3 months his internet speeds have been unacceptable. He has made no end of complaints to AOL, and senior staff have promised on numerous occasions to look into it, but they do nothing, or as little as possible. I told him to make a complaint to the ISPA, but I'm unsure what name AOL UK now comes under, in terms of ownership. Since originally being bought by Carphone Warehouse, then with Talktalk demerging from CPW, it seems new customers or existing customers taking on a new package of contract now have their connection provided by Talktalk. On ISPA's site, AOL still are listed as part of CPW. Does anyone know if AOL would still be the correct choice of ISPA member?
