No, it's not a stupid question, it's actually a very sensible one - you'd be surprised how many people don't have a clue, assume that a faster download speed equals a faster upload speed, upgrade from, say 512k to 2Mb and then start moaning that it's still the same!
At a quick glance, I don't see anything on the site either, but what does jump out and hit me in the eye on the front page is "Our ADSL packages are available on monthly contracts and are subject to a one off BT installation charge of £50.00 plus VAT."
So - it's good old traditional BT-based ADSL, not LLU, not Max, which means it will be maximum 256k upload, irrespective of whether it's the Home 500, Home 1000 or Home 2000 package.
