Dear Mr Arthur *****
This is an email to let you know that your usage for the billing month has
gone over the included usage with your Metronet PAYGo 1000 with included
2,097MB bandwidth service. You can continue to use your service but you
should read on as this email contains important information.
Broadband service username: *****
What happens now?
-----------------
As a result of going over your service's included usage for the billing
month, you will now be billed at 0.224p per Mb, up to your service type's
Usage Ceiling. If you then exceed the Usage Ceiling, traffic shaping will
be applied to your service during peak times (4pm-Midnight).
So that you do not experience traffic shaping we recommend that you spread
your usage evenly across the month, making any regularly large downloads
during off-peak times.
