Hi.
My Vodafone FTTC contract is about to expire and I'm looking to transition to FTTP once it goes live (Gigaclear digging trenches down our street as I write this). I don't know when I'll be able to order the GC service or when it'll be usable, could be next month, could be six months or more.
Because of this ideally I'd like to keep the VF FTTC service running with some overlap in service when GC FTTP goes online. Since they are isolated networks I see no reason why this cannot happen, but are there any legal restrictions for doing so?
Financially I'll need to decide between the costs of having an extended overlap, or paying an early exit fee for dropping VF whenever I deem Gigaclear is working to my satisfaction...
Thanks for any advice.
