Hi all,
Has anybody met the following problem?
I am in the process of migrating my ADSL service.
I have passed an authenticated MAC to the receiving ISP, who are unable to process it, because according to BT, 'there is no ADSL on my line'.
The losing ISP asserts strongly that there is no cease/cancellation on my line .."If there was a cease on the line I would not be able to give you a MAC, this is on DSL Max and currently with Tiscali."
Am I blighted by being connected with Tiscali (albeit remotely through EzeeDsl)?
Or is it something else?
Has anyone experienced this, or can anyone give me guidance on which way to proceed?
