Migration to Zen on Friday

Hello Zen people,

I have signed up with Zen for the Office 8000 Pro package. I had an email to say that BT has confirmed I will migrate from my current ISP before midnight on Friday.

Does this usually happen over night (like the early hours of Friday morning) and should I leave my router off or on?

My router is usually left on 24/7. I'm just wondering if my router is constantly trying to authenticate with my old username and password when the switch is done, could this upset the 10 day training period. Or does it make no difference!

Thanks in advance!

Normally happens in the early morning but some have found it happening later just depends on when they get to you.

You will not get disconnected from your old ISP until BT has seen you safely on to your new one. So when you have been given confirmation by email that the migration has been done change your details.

Just to report, I was up at 4am this morning and I have now connected to Zen. Thanks to LeeH for keeping a watchful eye on progress for me.

My first forum post using Zen :)
