Mobile Broadband Advert Complaint against T-Mobile Not Upheld

You'd think BT would have more sense. Their actions about sums them up. All mahogany desks and no lawyers.

It appears they sacked more than all their engineers when they consolidated their investment.

disgusting

I guarantee that if I put an advert on TV saying that for just £15 per month, you could get unlimited* burgers from me, then in the fine print put that a fair usage policy applied and infact you only get a maximum of 5 burgers per month....

my advert would be instantly pulled for false advertising. Yet t-mobile are still allowed to use the word unlimited?? for a limited service??

good to see that consumers are being protected
