I have been asked about moving home when in the 1st year of a BT Broadband contract. I know that BT will accept this within the contract but does anyone know if they make an activation charge at the new address if it is on a different exchange?
If you're comparing BT Broadband with NDO, may I suggest you go NDO
There's no comparison. One of my colleagues went with BT after I suggested he didn't. He now mutters in the corner when I ask him how his broadband at home is going
If you are moving home and have BT Broadband they simply transfer over you existing BT Broadband contract or give you a brand new 3 month contract at your new premises and no there is no activation charges for BT Broadband
