Moving House & ADSL

Are there any plans for PlusNet to introduce something like this?

Basically, Nildram are allowing existing customers who move house to take their connection with them free of charge - offer for a limited period.

Hi there,

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this. BT charge us and we have to pass that on to our customers as our subscription costs are at a minimal profit. As a business we cannot afford to pay for all reprovides.

regards

Luke

Nildram now charge a £14.99 'administration' fee

Asking them to transfer from my old address to my new address did not cancel my old connection and now they say I must pay for 23 June - 22 July at both addresses.

I assumed this followed naturally! Clearly not!

If the wording you used was to TRANFER the conection then Nildram are in the wrong and they should refund the payment provided you gave the correct amount of notice. If you did not you would br liable for that 1 months payment.
