My nearest mobile mast - any good for broadband?

I'm moving to a new house in Uppingham, Rutland. There is contention in the street cabinet meaning FTTC is not available currently, only ADSL. I've been looking at 4g broadband and according to the provider coverage checkers coverage looks very good indoors and outdoors. The cell tower is .75 kms from my new house and it is apparently shared between providers. Can anyone give me any idea of the speeds I might expect from this tower (picture linked below - Google Maps May 2021)? Is this a 'how long is a piece of string' question - or are there clues from the mast? I'm looking at using the company '4g-Broadband' who will install an external directional antenna which they tell me is not required, but I'd like one for maximum speed and a TP-LINK Archer MR600 4g router.

Hard to say but this site will give you some idea about which bands are rolled out with each operator https://www.cellmapper.net/map?MCC=...and=0&showSectorColours=true&mapType=roadmap#
you can then order some PAYG sims to see which operator is best.

Thank you.

I don't really understand what the site is showing me, or what it means. If I opt for 3UK - 23420 I see '9223 - bands 20' not far from my house. O2 shows '513544 bands 20'. Vodafone is showing bands 20 too. EE has some bands 3 but I don't think the 4G Broadband company works with EE. What exactly am I looking for?

You certainly dont want to only have band 20 from 3 as it is almost always congested and slowed to a crawl (small 5Mhz carrier), you will have to test the other operators but EE with its band 3 would likely be good. You will need to test 02 and Vodafone with PAYG sims to see how congested the cells are since they only have band 20 deployed.

Just checked "9223" it would appear three do have band 3 on that site, so give them a try as well.

I've checked the site again, and Three is now coming up with 9223 bands 3 and 20. 4G Broadband (the company) does a site survey and picks the best provider so I won't have to get PAYG SIMs to try out. I also get 14 days to try it out and can cancel if I'm not happy.

Yeah, you can never know for certain until you use the service, in some areas 3 is really congested even with bands 3, but that area does not look very densely populated at all so i doubt it will be.

Yes, there the population of Uppingham is 5000 so it is a small town.
