I have (happily) been with Naims for many years now and I have just had a look at their website regarding a query over pricing. However, the only way to get in contact with them is by 'phone. No email support. The 'phone doesn't seem to be one that gets answered. After being used to great support in the past it seems a bit worrying that this is now the means to get in contact.
They are an Entanet/CityFibre reseller so I guess I'm OK in that respect. Just wondering whether it's time to be looking for another supplier....?
