Billing Errors, abysmal customer service are just some of the problems with this ISP - they have problems when they released thir 8mb service and were even slapped by offcom, things improved for a while but it would seem things are back to their old ways.
I have tried to set up a direct debit 4 times without success - gave up in the end and tried to cancel the service.
When you mentions the words - Cancel, Supervisor or manager - you get put on hold for 30 mins then get cut off - this has now happened 4 times.
I had to cancel via recorded delivery letter in the end - surely not good customer service.
In a positive note - my phone has always worked and so has my internet - it's just their customer service and billing that is abysmal.
I would advise any potential punters of this ISP to think very carefully before choosing this ISP - I have had no reply from bulldog whatsoevery although the letter has been recieved.
BT are due to re-instate my line on the 8th March - I am now looking for another ISP - any suggestions?
