Hi, ive just signed up to the 128k unmetered (£19.99) package.

But my problem is this, i cant connect!

I can connect to my NDO e-mail using my bt account.

Now the only thing i can this it will be is this, when i signed up, they ask for your phone number for the CLI. Now i'm using ISDN (Homehighway), so when they asked for my number i put my normal analouge phone number.

Do you have to put the Digital number?

Oh and is tthe 250 hours unmetered at 64k or 128k? thanks.

P.s i only signed up 15 minutes ago, but it said i should be able to connect immediately.

NDO:

I think it might be worth while you put on a symple reminder on the signup process that people should put in there digital No#, if this is already in there some where then mabay you should make it stand out more because I had the exact same problem. Just another way of eradicating an unnecessary customer dissatisfaction
