ehh 125hrs @128k thats different to what i was told 20 minutes ago on the phone m8 they told me 3 times and i have the name of the last guy i spoke to that 250hrs was @ 128k? and to be sure i just rang again as far as hes concerned they advertised as follows:

AnyTime 128 - access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
As AnyTime - except fully supports ISDN at 128k connections.
Maximum online hours is 250 per month - thats roughly 7 hours a day!

Just £19.99 a month - including VAT

so anything less than im off the shortest customer in history without connecting once lol anyway thanx for your time ;)

thanx again for your reply, i will await there reply concerning this, i am at this time with tiscali isdn 64k @14.99 and they never question or complain about time spent online and i have never had any connection issues with them, connects first time every time, i wont say excatly how long im online per month but it is well over 300hrs so NDO'S offer of 200hrs @ £14.99 is not so hot im afraid, therfore i would have to say you are correct and i will be canceling my account with them as soon as they confirm the 125hrs @128k etc.

regards
jester

p.s. if this is the case im really getting fed up of isp's advertising as if we the isdn users are/will be getting a faster connection for longer than is really the case.

mr NDO rep PLEASE clear this one up - and tell me when the online timebank says " 50 hours" and i use it only for 128K - does this really mean i have used 25 hours and it's gone twice as quickly

if you are correct then i would say yes 50hrs is indeed only @64k, we will see, NDO wherefore art thou?

jester44 sorry to hear you are having connection issues. Please see our thread on solving connection problems and the common reasons for lots of 1 minute entries.

These do not count out of your total allocated hours; they do show in the logs given to you as this shows all connection attempts - sucesses and failures. We use only the sucesses when we work out the hours used by an account - connection failures do not count towards the total.

If you need assistance connecting - please give us a call or email us your NDO username.

250 hours of 128K for £19,99 is not financially viable - i would strongly question what that person told you.
It is 250 hours @64k and 125 hours @128k. I apologise if you were told different by one of our Tech Support staff - I will ensure they are completely aware of the hour limits.

250 hours at £20 is not financially viable for anyone to offer especially using ISDN128 as that takes up 2 ports so to cover a month of 720 hours gives 3x 128k accounts - totalling £60 for 2 ports, given a port costs an ISP around £100 thats £60 in for £200 out for the port costs - its not sensible and impossible to operate that those levels of income/cost - you would go bust within weeks - as may other ISPs have demonstrated in the past.

I cannot comment on how other ISP's such as Tiscali can operate without hour limits - being sensible every ISP has to have limits inplace - some just choose not to include those in the details for the product upfront.

i have done 4 times without success, and i really cant be bothered to ring a national rate number for an hr again for them to tell me they dont know what the matter is, no disrepect intended but your advertisement is very misleading. i will be canceling my account which i havent been able to use forthwith.

edit*
can't cancel until tuesday they say, oh well have to wait until tuesday.
