New G.Fast Pod Farnham Cabinet 14

Hi all,
This is my first post but I have been an avid follower of all the discussions.
Over the weekend a new G.fast Pod was attached to PCP Cabinet 14 in Farnham (Surrey). Oddly disappointing as I was hoping we might get FTTP. Anyway, based on all the discussions, seems unlikely I will benefit as I believe I am too far from the cabinet (approx 350-400m). That said, I just checked on DSL checker (still no G.fast shown) and it now says "multiple orders on this line due for completion by 18-sep-2019". I certainly haven't ordered any new services. Could this mean the line might be prepped for G.fast? Also, even better, where can iI find out how long my line really is? Thanks!

Hmm I'm actually not sure about the "multiple orders" feedback, I would have thought they might refer to the cabinet but it clearly says "line" hmm. Anyway G.fast won't even show up if you're beyond a certain distance so you could try checking with an address that's closer to the cabinet, just to check.

As for finding out how long your line really is, I don't think you can. All the checkers I know will try to estimate by straight line distance but because cables rarely follow a straight line then they're not usually much help.
