hi,

i am currently with fast4 but need to move away as they've jacked the prices up severely.

i want an equivilant to what fast4 used to be:

*unlimited downloads
*no fair usage policy
*1 month contract
*8meg (but will settle for 2meg min.)
*good service - minimal downtime
*£30 pm or less

does anything like this exist anymore? any help would be greatly apreciated

thanks in advance

any entanet reseller such as titan, naims, vivaciti, to name a few get good reviews and althought not unlimited do offer a good range of packages with high peek and off peek limits which are almost as good as truelly unlimited

no port blocking, uk support, and 1 month contracts with upto 8mb

a quick look at the review sections found in the tags at top of this page will confirm good ratings especially whith titan dsl at the moment

good luck

not gonna happen. No one in their right mind would offer unlimited data with no FUP for £30 anymore - long gone have those days. You would be better following the advice of the previous post and chosing a provider with a large off-peek allowence.

Or alternatively, find out if Be (www.bethere.co.uk) is available to you. £18 buys you up to 24mbps, and whilst there is an FUP, I have never been threatened with it.

if sky llu is on your exchange u get upto 16mb with fup of around 250gb for £10 per month u will require to have sky tv to get this but it will require a 1 year contract o2 or be will be something similar

4.Tiscali (Pipex)
5.Sky Broadband
6.Orange
7. Kingston Comms
8. THUS Group (Demon)
9. O2 (Be)
10.Entanet

is not the same as this lot:

1 . Fast.co.uk
2. SurfAnyTime
3. TitanADSL 4. Naims 5. Falconnet
6. Vispa7. Aquiss
8. ICUK
9. IDNet
10. UKFSN
As in real life, online, you get what you pay for. If you are not certain about the user experience you'd get with an ISP, how can you consent to signing up with them for a year or more?

For goodness sake, check them out. That's the reason for having a site like this.

Me is confused
So was I at first. Then it dawned on me what we are looking at here. :)
