just to confirm what everyone seems to be saying recently, nildram are now crap. want to get my views out and hopefully lose them some business. i am angry!!
17th april - rung up about the modem cutting off continuously. we went through EVERYTHING, it all pointed to a problem with the adsl at BTs end, so they said they would get BT to look at it.
25th april - rung up to see how they were getting on, had not done ANYTHING, not got in touch with BT at all. no notes on their system. so went through the whole process again, same outcome - they think its a problem at BTs end and would be in touch with them.
28th april - checked on it. they still havent got in touch with BT!! some fool in 2nd line support still suggesting i try other things. I said I'd do them if he promised he'd get in touch with BT. I bet he wont.
argh!! why dont they want to tell BT about it omg! if they dont give me a month or two free adsl im leaving.
