My business has been with Nildram for quite a while and never had any major issues, until now. We are supposed to have 8mb download (never really got close whilst is was working) but was quick enough.
5 working days ago our speed dropped to sub dial up speeds. We rang the customer support, was on hold for 18 minutes (08701 number). We were told that they would look into it and resolve the fault.
Nildram DSL Customer Support : Day 2 on hold for 28 minutes and was told "no response from the engineers!"
Nildram ADSL Customer Support : Day 3 on hold for 19 minutes and was told "no response from the engineers!"... can we speak to the team leader? no you cant, we cant put people through.
Nildram Broadband Customer Support : Day 4 on hold for 15 minutes.. I asked the first line telephone support to describe the problem... answer "there's no point, you would not understand it".. grhhhhhh
Day 5, Nildram Broadband : got a ring back option.. rang back within 1 hour... no information from the engineers, no managers in until 11am. Can help you..
Requested a MAC code and intend to change suppliers
My business is suffering and there is nothing I can do about it. Nildram are very poor, their customer handling is absolute rubbish, communications are rubbish, problem solving : not a chance. Verdict : there are much better options out there.
