No public IP

I using Nokia XS-010X-Q is XGS-PON connect direct to Mikrotik RB5009 and I got Privet IP instead Public IP and on other side I also using LXT-010S-H from LEOX connected to Mikrotik RB5009 and I got Public IP

is there any missing setting on Nokia XS-010X-Q is XGS-PON?

Note:
I have to fiber Optic connection from tow different ISP
First ISP install Huawei HG8240T5
Second ISP install Nokia XS-010X-Q is XGS-PON and connect it to Huawei OptiXstar LG8245x6-8N-30
any help or comment please?
 
Each ISP assigns whatever IP *it* chooses to you at the start of the session. This is not something you can control via any router or ONT setting.

Due to the shortage of public IPv4 address space, many smaller altnets are now doing their own NAT to share one address between multiple customers.

I said to call Customer Services to confirm your public IPV4 has been removed And your options around it.
Got you. By the way, i found out if you play long enough with a 3rd party ONT and didn't get a public IP after about 2 hours or so, it will fail to retrieve the IP on the original Adtran router and you need to call customer services to "reset the cache" on their end as they put it.

Yes this seems to be a recurring theme. We don’t exactly what triggers this cache issue, perhaps the table fills at some point or perhaps something triggers it after some failures to get DHCP but yes once that happens you need to cal CS to get the cache purged.
