noise cutting off internet

all brand new filter adn all have ont he sockets... i have no internet speed and a crackly line now...

To get Bt to accept line faults your speed tests need to be on their speed tester.
http://www.speedtester.bt.com I would do one three or 4 times a day sending the results upto your ISP would also post them here so we can monitor and see if we can find a way to find the fault.

Ok shocked they can let it stay so low.

Has your router ever synced below 1MB?

Dont know if this may help, but there is a "Quiet Line test" that BT engineers use, but you can do yourself!

You can listen without the line tone and someone at the other end so you can detect the slightest noise... Ive found it extreemly usefull in the past.

Simply dial 17070 and select "Quiet Line Test" then listen for any noise.... try it on your line extentions then at the BT line box where comes into your property.

Regards John
