Then choose the £0 cost tariff for 100MB data and Unlimited Calls and Texts. on the next page:

Isn't it 36mth for £2.50?

Total cost either £84 (£3.50 on 12mth swap/24mth loan) or £90 (£2.50 on 24mth swap/36mth loan)?
24 months contract for handset is £2.50, cost of tariff is £0 for 36 months, unless there's a price increase, although I'm watching the mid contract stuff

You can change the handset for nowt after 24 months but it is a 36 month contract.
Not a spectacular phone - not much of a bargain ? I suppose unlimited calls and texts although tied in for 3 years for £2.50/month isn't so bad.

I think the deal is more focused on the Unlimited Minutes/Texts SIM for light users which for £2.50 is pretty cheap.

I realised that and edited my post before reading yours. I was only thinking of the phone at the time.

It is cheap, but you can get the same unlimited calls/texts (plus 500MB of data chucked in) from 1p Mobile for the equivalent of £4/month (a measly thirty bob extra), and no contract hassles. Wouldn't appeal to me, even with such a spectacular £20 handset thrown in.

The phone is worth £29.99 for anyone wondering. Tesco sells it with £10 of free credit included on PAYG.

If you get it on PAYM, it's £7.50/mo for a 24 month contract. They also do the Doro 6820 and Nokia 2660 Flip at the same monthly prices. They also do a Moto e14 at £8/mo which is just 50p more for a decent smartphone. I don't mean to advertise, I'm just sharing for context.

A lot of people will buy the Nokia 110 4G for resale especially with that free £10 voucher included. Other than that, we don't sell it much because customers prefer the IMO Dash 4G (Tesco's in-house cheap button phone) or the Doro 6820 instead. Nokias are not as easy to use and have a slightly higher return rate for that reason.

Good info, thanks.

I have the IMO Dash 4G, quite nice phone given the price - used it for tech detox, shame it doesn't have even a modicum of tethering capability, despite being able to connect to it via USB and seeing a network.

Part of the Sky £2 offer is that it kind of goes on as cheap or even cheaper once the 3y have passed. Big con is there is no EU roaming.. go to Spain for a week and you'll feel that in the budget.
