O2 ADSL and landline bundle

Bures

ULTIMATE Member
It seems like ages since I left my contact details with O2 to give me a call when they had more information on their ADSL and phone bundle.
Had a call fro them today saying they had launched the service and was I still interested in transferring over to them.
Trouble is, with an unbundled exchange their charges are far in excess of Plusnet my current provider.
Anyway, it appears they are ringing around those who left their contact details for the latest news on the launch.
You may soon be getting a phone call :)

"...it appears they are ringing around those who left their contact details..."
And maybe those who didn't! I have never had anything to do with them, but had a phone call from some salescretin of theirs who couldn't even speak understandable English a couple of days ago.
I don't know what it was about - she didn't get very far before I told her to eff off, go to night-school and learn English - and put the phone down.

I must admit the phone call was hardly understandable. Not because of the bad english but the appalling quality of the line. It kept breaking up and umpteen times I had to ask the caller to repeat his statement. The rep was most certainly english, but I was not impressed with him representing O2 from a line barely audible.
When I told him my exchange was not unbundled and consequently the O2 tariff was too high, he said he would call me back in a month and every month until it had been converted.
It was not until I hung up I realised what I was in for. Next call they will get the big "go away"

So far their website still says "coming soon", so perhaps they're asking around for some suitable real-world test subjects.. but without telling you that :) .

As an O2 customer, I suspect I will feature on their list at some point. Oh goody.

Hi,

This is the same thing happened with me and I go too irritated by such problem and then I need to get through such better ways that can be worth using.

I am actually wondering about the issue what happens with the lines as we have to face such problems that needs to get solved.

Thanks
