Dear Smoothound (name changed)
Thank you for your recent email.
Ofcom has been contacted by many consumers expressing concern over Biscit Internet, an internet and telephony service provider which has recently gone into administration. BT Wholesale has announced that Biscit customers can call 0800 169 0934 to receive a migration authorisation code (MAC) that will allow them to transfer to a new provider with minimal delay. Biscit's broadband customers will automatically be directed to a website which will also provide details of how to get hold of this code.
If you have a 'maxsurf' login in (V21/Eurisp) customer then Breathe has now taken over existing customers. You should go to http://www.breatheinternet.com/maxsurf for advice on how to get your migration authorisation code (MAC).
Yours sincerely
