There are high risks in doing this, and very little in the way of rewards.
It will certainly cost you money, as you buy at least one, possibly two or three different SFP+ ONTs until you find one that works (if it does at all). If you can get one from ZTE that increases the chances of it working.
There are risks that your service will become less reliable due to the new ONT not interoperating properly with a different vendor's OLT.
There's a risk that ONFL are doing remote monitoring of the ONT, and if the SFP+ doesn't support the same OAM protocols, it may simply not monitor any more and ONFL won't be able to detect degradation of the service.
There's a risk that if there's a genuine fibre problem, but ONFL can detect remotely that you're not using their supplied model of ONT, they may refuse to investigate further. At that point you can always switch back to their supplied ONT, but why put yourself through the pain of that? Changing your network *while there's an active fault* is in itself tricky.
If the issue is power ports, and you don't like a power strip, you could spend the money on a small DC UPS with multiple DC outputs. You can then keep the router and ONT powered up for a short while during a power cut.
BTW, I don't know what you mean by "sf4011". Mikrotik has RB4011iGS+RM (no wifi, this is what I have) and RB4011iGS+5HacQ2HnD-IN (with wifi). That's quite a mouthful though
