Latency & Packetloss.
Sample size... is big. Eg. BT peak times reach 76 Gbps, Virgin 110 Gbps, etc. This is all consumer level data.

I couldn't find the right ASN for Aquiss, found one with 512 IPs to look into it, but no data coming from there.
The only thing I know is that many IP trackers and Speedtest seem to think I am in London; often Hammersmith.
