Hopefully this is the right place to ask this, sorry if it isn't...
I'm at the end of my tether trying to get an answer from Openreach or BT about this. I am on an exchange where every cabinet other than mine is fibre enabled, but mine isn't. This has been the case for ages and we seem to be stuck in the "build" phase. Is there anywhere I can go to try to find out what the reason for this is? Is there a possibility that we've somehow been missed out of the plans? When I put my post code into the openreach site, it appears twice - once correctly and in the "build phase" and then the street appears on its own with no door number and that is in the first phase "exploring options" or whatever it is.
Any help from you gurus would be massively appreciated.
