Yep: you phone BT support. That's the only way. But if it's only just been installed, give them a couple of days first so that their systems have a chance to sort themselves out.anybody any idea how to fix this
This is a very normal thing as FTTP is a different product so new contract is to be expected, almost all other companies will do this as well.Finally order now shown closed ,but BT have tied me to April 2025 instead of August 2024 as I have upgraded to fttp from fttc
So be aware folks if you upgrade to fttp using BT they will start you on a new contract![]()
