OpenReach (B.T.) Works Reference No.

On the one.network site it used to give information as to what the work being carried out was, now it only gives a no. Is there somewhere to look that no. up ?
Some of the reference no.s have FTTP in them which is a clue, but others don't. Around here according to the Openreach map we are going to get FTTP, and some works 2 miles away for a couple of months included in the same Openreach map have had FTTP in them, but here what little work there has been hasn't.

Following, I have just noticed BT have roadworks with traffic lights next to where they enter our estate. Would love to know if I can find out what it's for

I just looked up the reference for mine on http://public.londonworks.gov.uk/roadworks/ and found it's a pole replacement No FTTP yet
