I placed an order for FTTC with Sky on the 3rd of December and it appears i'm still no closer to having it activated. The latest delay i'm being told is that there is missing information from the Openreach database.
Sky can't tell me what his missing information is, only that they will give me another update in a week's time. I've tried Openreach on twitter and they say they can't discuss orders with me.
One thing I have raised multiple times to Sky is that the address they have on the system is slightly incorrect, their response was they as long as the postcode is correct is doesn't matter.
Is there anyway of reaching out to Openreach to try and find what this missing information is?
