Openreach modem

Currently with BT for FTTC (BT Infinity) but looking to move to IDNet.

I want to use the existing Openreach modem, I emaied IDNet to be told that I need to enter the credentials into the modem. Now I have only ever entered credentials into my router (Apple AirPort Extreme) and have no idea if its even possible to set anything on the Openreach Modem.

Customer Services said the modem also needs to be unlocked.

Anyone any ideas please?

You will only need to change the log in details in the router not the Openreach modem
