Out of the frying pan?

Actually more like out of the fire into a new fire!
After I got my MAC code I decided to stay with Breathe, for a number of reasons, not least the help they provided Ex V21 customers and the fine words of their CEO, Marcus.
When I phoned to enquire about their service and to join up, their calls were answered very rapidly and it all seemed slick and proffessional.
When I tried to phone today to check the progress of my order it was a different story. Both their sales and support lines are unanswered and it bring backs sickening memories of trying to contact Biscit in the last days.
I hope it's just a glitch and that they haven't gone belly up.
I wish I had gone to BT!!

Well, on the bright side its not too late to cancel it. Its up to you, and could very well involve more hassle and downtime, but it does sound very worrying that they are having problems already.

Time wasted now means time saved later? Who knows.

In the few times I have rung them it was only once the phone just rang.

It could be they were very busy, or fallen asleep with the different time zone.

Once you have a members panel, that would be the best way to contact them.

I tried ringing at the start and it was terrible to get through but I just signed up through their site and everything seems to be running run. The only thing that went wrong was when all my torrents suddenly stopped on me - but about an hour later they regained life.
