Please note some customers may not be able to connect to Pipex if they log off.
Service Update: 15/4/04
Report: A major networking issue is affecting the PIPEX Docklands ADSL POP.
Symptoms: Connection may not be possible for customers on the @xtreme3 and @xtreme4 realms.
Email retrieval is currently not possible, due to servers being inaccessible.
Actions: Do not change any of your system settings - the issue is within the network.
A major incident team is already at work but service may not be restored immediately.
PIPEX sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused by this problem.
