A standard RJ45 plug will physically fit in the socket and work but there is no catch to hold the plug in as the screws that hold the manufacturers cover in do that job. If the original plug has been damaged then you may be able to thread a CAT5 cable through the original cover and use a regular RJ45 and bodge the whole thing with some superglue or resin.

I found the whole ZTE product to be lacking in many ways. Poor quality and badly manufactured with a terrible GUI.

ok thanks I'll try it since it's the original

I have to drill out the original LAN cable because it is solid

That's why I moved away from ZTE and Huawei

only Magenta outdoor router and askey rtl 6300

no more ZTE and no more Huawei devices for me

Hi all,
By a chance someone could refer me where I could find latest telenor's firmware (B12 I assume) or chinese one for MC7010? Not sure which one is more stable or have more functionality...
I have also pinged stich86 if he could share his own work, but I haven't heard from him yet, so thinking maybe to use one of these for a while.

O tested again with a different lan cable and click but now I can't get it out, crap and that was done with short ones damn 😀 (askey 6300)

Edit:

I got it out by force

Now the other cable broke the clasp and with an insulated tape 1x and now another cable works and is tight 😄

Edit 2 perfect

Self or complet cable With

👍

I think Chinese and Telenor (older version) are currently available on 4PDA :)

P.s. If the cudy doesn't work tomorrow I'll buy the digitus 55V 1.6A

let me know if it fits by tomorrow

photos poe and the iron is also coming away tomorrow in the picture 😸

Thanks. Unfortunately can only find Elisa, Telia and Chinese on 4pda... Anyways, I will just probably wait until you will have time to share your version, would be highly appreciated!

Why don't the LEDs go out during the askey?

In the menu LED sleep active

with magenta they all go out immediately

Firmware is the last con 2023

Edit:

Now they are off after restart and new admin admin login

Best Router askey a1 and wnc Magenta

Happy Weekend 💓

I also found out that there are 2-3 different askeys with different volts and amps and power supplies, here's an example

😃 Happy Weekend

p.s. If it is true, both Wnc Magenta Outdoor and Askey RTL 6300 have an X55 installed!

Edit :

it has to be an x55 or between 51-62 because x62 has been on the market since 2021!

X50 have No Stand Alone (SA) !

I can switch to band n28 instead of n3 via the console but it doesn't stay after rebooting

is there a solution

Thanks (Askey6300)

The Askey gets very hot, but the heat sink is extremely hot !

The USB C is recognized on the PC 😁 I'll continue testing with it !

What is unclear to me is why askey has a 30W poe and the Wnc Magenta only 15.4W

but both 56V poe 😁
But Askey and Wnc Magenta are better than zte

I would like to change the cooling system with new pasta or maybe remove it completely then it will be thinner

he gets extremely hot

think about it

would that be possible yes or 😄 (Askey 6300)
