Never noticed Kilwinning had a couple of pyramids until today. :giggle:
Nice sky this morning too.:)

If you look closely you can see a billion wind turbines too, oh and an a Kilwinning Abbey silhouette. :)

Went to the Formula 1 Exhibition at the ExCeL in London the other day. Barely noticed the ~2 hours passing. Recommended if you follow the sport closely... but I (and others) were having some trouble to get the damn headphones to play the sound of the videos.

Some pictures taken with my Galaxy S23 Ultra (using a GCam mod because I don't like Samsung's processing 😆).

The cable car is awesome to look at but goodness me it is pointless. As I can recall it had one permanent commuter using it.

Not an F1 fan myself but I like your photos!

Managed to take some more photos today, went on a bit of a walk which I used for Cellmapping (in reality, I only discovered one new site). Hopefully I'll end up exploring further in the future and I might pick up an unmapped PoW eventually.

All unedited on Pixel 6 Pro.

1/5952 f/1.9 ISO 61

Shows a bridge across a river, traffic light is red

1/460 f/3.5 ISO 55

Shows a Three PoW in front of some houses and a hill, you can also see wood panelling

1/6289 f/1.9 ISO 87

Shows two boats, one with a cone on it and various industrial buildings. A phone mast for Cornerstone and a hill can also be seen.

Just wanted to share this with you folks as this is new to me.
Most of our bus stops have live timetables using LED's, LCD screens, even OLED's but I've never seen Paper Cast used before.

All solar powered and has a backlight button for night time use.

It was really clear and pin sharp. (y)

This was in Dunbar, East of Edinburgh, never seen it used anywhere else before, has anyone else seen it?

Just curious.:giggle:

Looks pretty sleek compared to a piece of paper here (it's better if you're out of the city honestly).

I assume by paper cast you mean eink? More businesses seem to be using it, even my local Lidl store is for price tags now

Yes Aldis have had it for years on their price tags, but I've never seen it used in this way before. :)

I thought it was actually paper, until I saw it had a due time on it. :giggle:

Not the best, and would likely be better if outside.

Didn't think one would show up, but there we go.

I can see the other end of it as well

How convenient is that? On tap sausage rolls when you depart, and doughnuts on your return, what more could you ever want from a bus station. 😋
Plenty of doggo's out in North Berwick today.:)
Edinburgh
Lovely rare shop I found in North Berwick, had to go in and see what it had for sale.:giggle:

And that concludes a few photos from today's visit to North Berwick. 😁

I have more incoming shortly from my venture in London this morning...

What the heck is going on here?

There's a Vodafone pole 300m-ish in that direction.

(Cropped 2x Puxel 4a 5G image & reduced to webp potat.)

Thought I'd get some pictures from the small 2 hour or so walk yesterday whilst getting more 5GSA coverage on CellMapper (and trying to get data to work as well, only worked once out of the 20 different times I was on N28 or N78 SA)

The sea in the background is the North sea. Just in case anyone was curious

The other photos won't attach because they're too big in size unfortunately.

Use an image hosting service! I use my fediverse server because it has a cloud feature with free storage but a lot of people use an image hosting service.
